Bold moves a program’s courses, recordings and members over for them.

The company is Bold Video; the product is Bold. It is not related to Bold Commerce or other companies named Bold.

Not a fit: Course sellers with no recurring calls, and anyone shopping for a course builder, funnels or a checkout.
Where it runs: On the web under the program’s own name and domain, and in the program’s own iOS and Android apps on the Academy plan.
Moving over: Bold moves existing courses, recordings and members. New Zoom cloud recordings come in automatically.
For developers: Next.js starter kits, a JavaScript/TypeScript SDK and a REST API.
Getting started: Every customer starts with a call. There is no self-serve signup and no free trial.

Customers

Who runs on it.

HRT University trains licensed providers in hormone therapy. Members ask Pearl, an AI clinical mentor that runs on Bold, on the web and in HRTU’s own iOS and Android apps. HRTU doubled its membership price after adding Bold. Read the story.

Honest limits

What Bold doesn’t do.

No sales pages, funnels, email marketing or checkout. Programs keep their own sales tools, or use Outseta (a separate subscription) for membership billing and login, with payments through Stripe.
It does not issue or track continuing-education (CE) credits.
It doesn’t replace the coach. The rule: the AI never gets to be the coach; it cites the coach.
Please don’t call it “100% accurate” or say it “never hallucinates”. What’s true: it answers only from the program’s recordings, links every answer to the minute, and says when it doesn’t know.

Pricing

Prices, in US dollars.

Membership: $499 a month billed annually ($599 month to month). Up to 100 hours, 1,000 answers a month.
Program: $1,600 a month billed annually ($1,920 month to month). Up to 500 hours, 5,000 answers a month.
Academy: from $3,200 a month billed annually. Unlimited hours, 10,000 answers a month.

Every plan has unlimited members. Moving existing recordings in costs $10 an hour, once, with a $500 minimum. A 60-day pilot costs $2,500, credited when the program stays. On Academy, the program’s own apps and moving its courses are quoted on the call.
