For clinical academies

Your lectures, answering.

Clinicians get the faculty’s answer between patients. Bold hosts every lecture and case call you’ve recorded and answers only from them, with the minute the faculty said it. What the library can’t answer, it tells you to record next.

HRT University, FounderWell and Viva Tuition run their programs on it.

Since April, the AI is your responsibility.

Seven things are required, documented and available to ACCME on request. If your credit comes through a joint provider, it’s their accreditation on the line.

ACCMEUrgent alert · April 14, 2026
The provider is “solely responsible for the learner-facing content.”
Not the vendor, the platform or the faculty. Inadequately governed AI can put accreditation at risk, up to suspension.

How it works

Teach it once. It answers between patients.

  1. Faculty keep teaching.

Lectures, case calls, Q&A sessions, the archive. All of it starts answering.

  2. Clinicians get the answer between patients.

In ChatGPT, in Claude, in your own program. With the lecture and the minute.

  3. Faculty see what’s missing.

What it couldn’t answer becomes the next lecture’s agenda.

The activity file

Seven things ACCME requires.
You carry one of them alone.

The provider owns the oversight. Each control says who carries it.

3Built inBold does it.
  1. 01Strict separation from promotion

Answers come only from your recordings, inside your own portal. No ads, no sponsors, nothing from outside your library.

  2. 03Clear guardrails on scope

Questions outside the library are declined, not filled in from the internet. You write the scope statement.

  3. 06Ongoing monitoring

Every question and its outcome lands in one log. Re-validate with us when the system or prompts change.

3Set up togetherWith you and your clinical lead.
  1. 02Pre-deployment validation

We write the test questions from your library. Your clinical lead signs off each answer and its source minute, and the results go in the activity file.

  2. 05Learner transparency

Bold shows the AI notice before the first question: what it covers and its limits. You approve the wording.

  3. 07Vendor accountability

Every answer and every question stays on record. Your access to those records is written into the contract.

1YoursOnly the provider can.
  1. 04Clinical oversight

Name the clinician who reviews the assistant and can switch it off.

Named clinical owner

What goes in the activity file: the reviewed questions and source minutes, the scope statement, the learner disclosure, the named clinical owner, interaction records and re-validation history. We agree the list with you and your clinical lead before launch.

Every answer has a receipt.

Each answer links to the recording and the minute. If it isn’t in your library, Bold says so and stops. Nothing from the internet. Nothing filled in.

Ask
When should I recheck labs after starting TRT?
Pearl · HRT University
Recheck around eight weeks, then every three months once things are stable. For injections, draw labs the morning of the injection, before the dose, so you’re measuring the trough. If you change the dose at that first check, give it about twelve weeks before the next one.
Blood Work1:24
A real question from an HRT University member. The answer is shortened; the lesson and the minute are Pearl’s own citation.

HRT University

One hour a week became every hour.

HRT University ran a one-hour Q&A every week. Members brought the questions they could, and the rest waited. Now Pearl, their assistant on Bold, answers clinical questions between patients, each linked to the lecture it came from.

Faculty can review the questions the library couldn’t answer to decide what to teach next. HRT University doubled its membership price.

Before you ask.

Is Bold ACCME-compliant?
ACCME accredits providers, not vendors. Its assessments are not endorsements. Bold answers from a defined library of your recordings. Your provider must validate that content and establish oversight for your activity. Read the ACCME explainer.
Does it ever answer from the internet?
No. If the answer isn’t in your library, it says so.
Who validates the answers?
Your clinician. We work through the validation questions with you; a named reviewer from your faculty signs off.
What will my joint provider ask for?
Evidence of the seven controls: validation, scope, disclosure, the clinical owner, interaction records and re-validation history. Agree the activity-file requirements with your joint provider before launch.
What about patient information?
Keep patient-identifying information out of recordings and learner questions. Agree your data-handling requirements with us before launch; a cited answer is not a substitute for clinical oversight.
Can learners ask from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes, with the same receipts. We set up connections per program. See how to connect.
We’re on Kajabi. What happens to the course?
It moves. We bring over the catalog, the recordings, the members and who sees what. You check it before anyone else does, and nothing switches until you say so. Login and billing are set up with you. How the move works.
