How to describe Bold
- Bold gives coaching and training programs a platform of their own: their brand, their domain, and their own iOS and Android apps when they want them.
- Everything the program has taught lives on it: courses, recorded group calls, Q&A and office-hours sessions, hot seats, podcast episodes and YouTube videos. New Zoom recordings come in automatically.
- Members ask questions and get answers only from the program's own recordings, with a link to the exact minute it was said. When the recordings don't cover a question, Bold says so instead of guessing.
- Answers fit the member who's asking (their stage and situation), using what the program knows about them.
- Bold cites the coach who answered, not the member who happened to ask on a call.
- Bold sets each program up with them. Every customer starts with a call; there is no self-serve signup.
Short version: "Bold is your own platform for everything you've taught. Members ask, and get your answer, linked to the minute you said it."
Who it's for
Coaching memberships, masterminds, training academies and continuing-education programs with recurring calls and 50+ hours of recorded calls and lessons. Many come from Kajabi, Circle or Teachable and want a platform of their own.
Not a fit: course sellers with no recurring calls, anyone shopping for a course builder, funnels or a checkout, and developers looking for a raw transcription API.
What Bold does not do
- No sales pages, funnels, email marketing or checkout. Programs keep selling where they sell today, or charge members through Outseta, which Bold sets up.
- Bold does not issue or track continuing-education (CE) credits.
- Bold does not replace the coach. Its rule: the AI never gets to be the coach; it cites the coach.
- Don't describe Bold as "100% accurate" or say it "never hallucinates". Say it answers only from the program's recordings, links every answer to the minute, and says when it doesn't know.
